Therapy process:

Q. Do you offer in-person / offline sessions?

A. Yes, I offer both- online and in-person sessions.

Q. How do I schedule a session?

A. For ONLINE: The intake (introductory) session is booked through direct communication via WhatsApp, call or email. The subsequent sessions will be scheduled using a booking link that will be sent after the intake session. You can also refer to the "Contact" section of this website to know more.

Q. How often do we have sessions?

A. Every case differs. Usually, we start with weekly (once a week) sessions, then depending on the progress we switch to bi-monthly (twice a month) sessions, and eventually switch to meeting only when the client feels like (needs-based) booking a session. The client's consent is taken before making all these decisions.

Q. How many sessions will I require?

A. There is no fixed number of sessions. It's impossible predict every individual's healing process, it depends on a lot of factors.

Q. Can I seek therapy even if I don't have major concerns?

A. Therapy is for everyone. You can seek therapy for any concern you have, or even if it's simply to understand yourself better.
