Support Groups:

Q. What is a support group?

A. A support group consists of a group of people (and a moderator) who meet and create a safe space to share one's thoughts and feelings.

Q. Do you conduct in-person meetings?

A. No, all support group meetings will be conducted online.

Q. Are support groups and therapy the same?

A. No, support groups are not the same as individual therapy sessions. We do not focus on working at a deep and individual level. However, you do have a safe space and will take-away some learning through the process. You will also connect with others in your journey.

Q. What is the topic of the support group?

A. The topic can vary, but it will stay constant for a fixed 3 month duration. If we find that a lot of people prefer some specific theme, we might opt for batches. This completely depends on the group.

Q. How do I sign up for support groups?

A. Once you reach out, a registration + consent form will be sent across to you. It is mandatory to fill up the form and complete payment in order to book your seat.

Q. Can I switch to individual counselling later on?

A. Yes, that's upto you. That being said, it will have a different booking process and fee structure.
